- Documentation and Keeping the record - Researching the Market and Potential Suppliers - Collecting updated market price regularly - Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery - Responsible for purchasing materials or inventory for the sites - Support in vendor evaluation and performance assessments. - Assist in generating procurement reports and documentation as required. - Perform any other tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Receive, check, and record all incoming materials and products. Issue stock to departments based on approved requests. Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system (Excel or software). Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies. Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization in the warehouse. Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and other departments for stock needs. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
