Coordinate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure product availability. Monitor product display standards and showroom presentation. Supervise warehouse operations, delivery processes, and logistics coordination. Ensure proper handling and safety procedures for E-Bike batteries and equipment. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Prepare operational reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review. Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training, and supervision. Handle customer service issues related to operations and after-sales support. Control operational costs and improve efficiency. Coordinate with suppliers and service partners.

Review payroll, petty cash, and expense claims. Support management with financial analysis and reporting. Train and supervise junior accounting staff.
