Job Description Plan, manage, execute and monitor overall marketing, communication, branding and promotion through both offline activities and online across multiple channels (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok). Enhance brand image and sales of outlets through development of effective marketing strategies. Organize and monitor the function of customer relationship management. Ensure consistency and compliance of image and branding in line with franchise requirements. Work closely with the management team and restaurant leadership team in monitoring the effectiveness of the marketing plan Develop specific marketing activities based on the established marketing policy based on the Brand or franchise requirements. Prepare and present a marketing budget that is in line with brand standards and overall financial budget. Negotiate with third party agencies, vendors and KOLs. Develop promotional material including marketing collateral and print copies. Ensure marketing materials are prepared according to the approved specification requirements. Ensure Internal and External Communications systems are in place and carried out professionally and according to brand requirements. Experience in F&B, digital marketing background is preferred.
Setting sales and marketing strategies monthly, quarterly and yearly. Planning sales forecast, create sales targets for team members and assisting to reach the targets. Generating new sales opportunities by apporaching cold calling and networking. Abilitiy to create sales channels, lead and manage the sales team. Events planning to attract new customers and create community activites for members retention B2B Collaboration/ Corporate dealings Create an extra mile value added service for members Evaluate monthly members feedback forms and advise for overall service improvement Sales service and customer relationship trainings to team members.
