Provide accurate information on membership packages, pricing, promotions, and payment options. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members to maximize retention and referrals. Follow up promptly with inquiries, leads, trial members, and expired memberships to drive membership conversions. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM/customer database regularly. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional events, corporate activations, and community engagement activities. Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to develop and implement effective sales initiatives. Deliver exceptional customer service by responding professionally to member inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Monitor and manage the company's cash flow on a daily and weekly basis. Calculate and establish Food & Beverage (F&B) costing and cost standards.
