We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales & Marketing Manager to lead all revenue-generating activities for our fitness club. This role is responsible for driving membership growth, building strong brand awareness, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth Set monthly and annual sales targets and ensure team performance meets objectives Develop integrated marketing plans (online & offline) to attract and retain members Build and manage sales pipelines, customer journeys, and conversion funnels Initiate corporate partnerships, influencer collaborations, and community engagement events Lead branding, PR, and promotional campaigns to position the club as a premium destination Oversee lead generation through digital marketing, referrals, and outreach channels Train, mentor, and grow the sales & marketing team to exceed performance KPIs Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions Coordinate with internal departments (ops, finance, trainers) to ensure brand consistency and service excellence
