As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, implementing marketing campaigns, and driving brand awareness and engagement. Your creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential in this role. Serve as the primary administrator of our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, etc Create and curate compelling the monthly content calendar. Plan, manage and execute marketing plans of in-store promotions and CRM campaigns and track effectiveness of campaigns Handle and manage 3rd party online delivery platforms Handle and manage enquiries and feedbacks via various channels Work closely with the operations team to manage their communication, promotional and marketing execution and needs Liaise with mall management on mall activities and advertising channels Manage marketing inventory for communication materials (social media, print, merchandising etc) Assist with the development of marketing collaterals - work with in-house designer and external agencies to oversee designs and productions of marketing materials, POSM materials, traditional and digital media contents, PR publicity, and advertisements To be responsible for sales and activities performances for company's brands to meet business objectives Any other ad-hoc duties when required
