Provide customers with professional product information, emphasizing key features, benefits, promotions, and special offers. Assist in marketing activities, including the preparation of project proposals, cost estimates, budgets, project schedules, and implementation timelines. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers through both online and on-site platforms. Assist in the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation for tenders, quotations, and other project-related submissions.
