Job Descriptions: 1. Solar System Design & Engineering Perform detailed site surveys and feasibility studies to assess solar potential, shading, and load profiles Calculate the solar yields, ESS/battery capacity based on the customer requirements Use solar simulation and design software (e.g., Helioscope, PVsyst, AutoCAD) to create accurate system layouts and energy yield reports Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), selecting proper solar structure types, and system sizing calculations for EPC proposals and execution Design and update Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), electrical schematics, and cable sizing to comply with electrical design standards Ensure integration with customer’s existing electrical systems (transformers, panels, gensets, grid, etc.) and provide recommendations 2. Pre-Sales Technical Support Collaborate with business development and pre-sales teams to provide technical proposals, drawings, and system performance estimates which include LCOE, IRR, and payback calculations Attend client meetings, clarify technical queries, and present engineering solutions confidently Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses with clear technical scope and compliance 3. Purpose of the role Responsible for leading a cluster of assigned sites with a strong focus on ensuring power stability, monitoring the field teams, implementation of AP Tower’s standard installation, configuration and rectification upon overall operations related tasks.
