Responsible for overall quality related audits and inspections at assigned region. Audit and inspect to ensure PM / CM, Power equipment's Installation & Commissioning ( I & C ) and Fuel filling work are met according to the required quality standards. Ensure site’s automation systems are operated as per initial configuration set up. Identify and initiate non-conformity in preventive approach and fix and rectify technical issues at sites. Verify and audit major assert breakdown issues at sites. Recommend technical suggestions to rectify major non-conformity in issued Non-Conformance Report ( NCR ). Validate rectification works are completed as per corrective actions from NCR feedback. Responsible to issue NCR and follow up till closure of issued NCR within the timeframe. Responsible to keep control of QA warehouse inventory stock as per company’s ERP system. Ensure own personal safety precautions during the site audits. Ensure you achieve planned site audits as per monthly KPI Target. To be provide troubleshooting support on sites and service recommendations. Support ad-hoc duties assign from superiors during the audits at sites.
