Troubleshoot complex multi-area issues to identify root cause and corrective action. Repair lithium batteries, rectifiers, PE and DG controllers and electronic parts. Responsible for the checking and testing of return and deliver power asset and DG Control panel installation. Support and repair/reconditioning of all returned power equipment. Responsible for testing and repairing of return spares to be ready to use again. Support or installation/swapping but not limited to, all software upgrades, Router, Controller, Modem, Relays, Fuel Sensors. Responsible for second level support to maintenance partners and operation teams. Maintain safe, secure, work environments by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations. Ensure all required reports are accurate and are delivered on time.
Reporting. Analyze and produce daily and weekly Reports. Power Installation and Supervision: Review and revise the electrical system design, Supervise and complete the Power Rollouts such as EOL, Ops Emergency, Colo upgrades, New B2S Sites. Contribute to power commissioning and all software upgrades, Router, Controller, Modem, Relays, Fuel Sensors. Control and managing all power related activities of the respective zones. Validating the ATP documents, Checklist, PISM Reports and sign off. Troubleshooting and configuration Changes: Attending for the Power Equipment related issues & task assigned by the Performance Engineering Dept. and fixing it on time. Coordinating with O&M team for the issues and Ensuring support for the O&M Audit and Quality Assurance Maintain the safe and secure Environment by enforcing the standard procedure. Conduct site audits and produce Reports. Evaluate the Quality of works and Performance of vendors.
Ensure sites are online at all RMS platforms such as iTower, Saltec etc. To be ensure 100% data accuracy of online sites Drive and manage daily/weekly site offline rectifications with O&M vendors and In-house teams Review RMS system performance with PNOC/CNOC to address problems or improve service. Online technical support for RMS system rectifications Perform site visits and troubleshoot offline and incorrect energy data sites Manage and coordinate PE vendors and RMS platform vendors for data/OID mapping, API and new interface integration Regular follow up with field teams, RMS vendor and PE vendors for pending issues Brainstorming for the new and alternative solution for RMS spares To work with IT team for alternative RMS solution implementations. Conduct RMS training to the team members To perform the other power related rectification
Monitor and control multiple databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, etc.) Plan and organize database activities regarding reliability, performance benchmarking and tuning, security, backup, restore and disaster recovery. Design, code, amend, install and verify functions, packages, stored procedures, view, materialized view for accessing, maintaining, and populating databases. Monitor, and maintain data replication from DC to DR Develop, maintain and provide enterprise data documentation and metadata models. Monitor utilization for capacity planning, data volume sizing and troubleshoot for applications performance issues. Conduct application transaction volume and traffic analysis and interpret the impact on database performance. Build scripts and automating the daily operations of database management. Control privileges and permissions to database users and provide audit trails to detect potential security violations. Participate in projects that requires testing and procedures metrics and samples for further analysis. Participate in security investigations as needed. Provide production support / database access for 24/7 and ensure high availability. Other assigned tasks as and when necessary.
Plan & deliver employee social activities & engagement programs including employee recognition program throughout the year. Establish and maintain a healthy relationship with employees. Conduct & develop employee performance management system annually. Participate in investigation employees’ issues, counsel and take necessary actions. Ensure grievances are properly tracked and addressed effectively. Coordinate in building the employer branding in the market. Plan and initiate external/ internal training for employees. Conduct the training programs with highly productive & professional effectiveness. Conduct the training needs analysis yearly basics and establish training plan. Undertake any other duties assigned by reporting manager.

Handle incident mail for all clients in both Entitles (ATOM, Mytel, MPT & Ooredoo) Define each incident with monitoring platform by either power related issue or Non-power related issue Raised the tickets to O&M partner / directly to ground team Supervising ETA for ground team Driving to meet the minimized MTTR by ground team Communicate each client for time-to-time progress through multi-communication channel (Mail, Viber, WhatsApp, Signal) Responsible to share hourly Network status for internal team awareness Reporting daily for the quantity of incidents & Network downtime minutes, reconcilied with Each MS partner Responsible for 1st level escalation to RMS team if issue to Monitoring platform Work for data inputs to access logs of any activity (PM, CM, other attendance) Work 24*7 shift rotation
Install new Server/Network/Application Diagnose and Resolve network/system issues DocumentNetwork Architecture Diagram Configuration IPs Laise with Supply Chain team to perform PR/PO submission of IT infrastructure assets. Monitor, maintain & configure Servers, Network & Other peripherals such as VMs, Firewalls, switches, routers etc.. Day-to-day operational support (24/7) including proactive maintenance, monitoring performance, incident and problem management, security, and backup & recovery across the entire network infrastructure. Ensure Network security and connectivity Set up VPN accounts Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations. Vendor Management Any other business related tasks assigned by reporting manager
