-Able to calculate and estimate for construction and decoration works -Priority will be given to applicants with at least 2 years of experience as a QS Engineer -Calculate Project Quotation and Explain the quotation to Clinents -Estimate BOQ and control materials,Cost coordinate with SE Check the material order from site and order to PO team -Manage the material submission -Compare the sub-con pricing and report CEO and OD, QSM -Site survey before Quotation -Prepare VO Quotation and claim
-Supervise daily interior fit-out and finishing works on site -Ensure work execution follows approved drawings and designs -Coordinate and manage foremen, workers, and subcontractors -Monitor material usage, quality, and workmanship -Control project schedule to ensure timely completion -Prepare and submit site progress and issue reports -Enforce site safety rules and discipline
