Asia General is known throughout Myanmar as a manufacturer of a complete range switchgear panels, as well as power and distribution transformers designed to grant the reliability and efficiency required in utility, industrial, and commercial applications. We are a leader in switchgear panel and transformer manufacturing throughout Myanmar and offer liquid-filled and dry-type transformers, as well as services for complete life-cycle support, including replacement parts and components. HQ at Yuzana Tower and Factory at Hlaing Tar Yar. Our Products are Transformer, Panel and Switchgear. AG Transformer and switch gear operates a Quality Management System approved to ISO9001:2008 and ISO9001:2015.

Job Description Supervise and carry out transformer insulation works according to drawings and standards Control insulation materials and ensure proper insulation quality Prepare insulation for drying processes and testing requirements Identify insulation defects and implement corrective actions Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Production, and Testing teams Guide technicians and ensure safety, 5S, and factory procedures
1. Material Planning Prepare and monitor material requirement plans based on production and operational demand. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and related departments for material availability. Ensure timely material replenishment to avoid stock shortage and production interruption. Monitor lead time and delivery schedules from suppliers. 2. Inventory Control Maintain optimal inventory level in accordance with company policy. Monitor slow-moving, aging, and obsolete inventory. Conduct inventory analysis and prepare stock reports. Ensure stock accuracy through regular stock count and reconciliation. 3. Warehouse & Stock Management Coordinate with warehouse team for proper storage and stock movement. Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices are followed. Monitor material receiving, issuing, and transfer processes. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures. 4. Data Management & Reporting Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and planning reports. Maintain accurate material master data in ERP/System. Analyze consumption trends and forecast material requirements. Support management with inventory and planning analysis. 5. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with suppliers, procurement team, and production team. Work closely with finance and operations regarding inventory-related matters.
