Job Summary Creative Senior Graphic Designer role in Yangon, Bahan, for a dynamic healthcare/beauty care brand. You will design impactful marketing visuals, support digital campaigns, and create engaging photo and video content that strengthens the brand across social media and web. Key Responsibilities ● Design banners, posters, and website/social media layouts for daily brand updates. ● Create compelling ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital campaigns. ● Produce and edit product photos and short-form videos for TikTok and Reels. ● Follow creative briefs from the DM and Marketing Manager to complete tasks on time. ● Collaborate with the marketing team and deliver polished, brand-aligned visual content.
Regularly visit retail outlets to introduce our skincare products directly to new customers. Help set up the initial field acquisition workflows, locations, and strategies for the new team. Manage, train, and motivate 2 to 3 staff members, working alongside them in the field to hit targets. Act as the face of the brand, educating the public on our skincare benefits and driving immediate interest. Track daily field performance and acquisition metrics, reporting directly to the Sales Manager.
