Calculate standard cost per unit / service for all investigation tests Monitor purchase price of direct materials & consumables to prevent low gross margin Calculate total cost for checkup package requested by customer care department Analyze variance price of package & propose suggestion to make price changes Conduct stock usage analysis of all direct materials monthly and report to Financial Management Manager Gather cost information from general ledger listing for costing process Communicate with supervisor or manager from investigation units to complete costing Arrange to setup stock code of inventory for stock control Performs other duties as assigned by direct superior Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate superior of the department.
Make the data entry in the software with daily cash and bank transactions by account code as income , expesnse and capital expenditure to complete general ledger . Prepare monthly revenue statement by income type according to the Accounting and POS Software . Check the cash and bank balance in the general ledger with the monthly cash flow statement prepared by Treasury Department according to double check system . Prepare Monthly Expenditure Statement which will highlight some expenditures for supporing to management . Check the daily counter report with supporting documents for completeness and correctness and classify and fill the account code according to accounting practice . Check the credit sales with the evidence according to agreement and power of authority and prepare and send the invoices for collection purposes . Efficiently catch up the Accounting and POS software to make the data entry in the accounting software . Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by immediate superior of the department.
Conduct technical feasibility study and analyze requirement specifications for new and enhancements to business applications Ensure compliance with security, development and quality standards. Manage tenders, quotations and other procurement processes as well as external vendors. Conduct or facilitate knowledge sharing on the latest application development and emerging technology trends. Possesses good interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills. Manage projects in auditing cyber security, cloud security, web application security, endpoint security, server security, network security and Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Handling ad-hoc projects, as and when assigned Strong and up-to-date technical/functional understanding of Application Architecture best practices.
Cooperate in preparing payment process for service contract, project, renovation and service charges. Be responsibility and self-accountability to keep all documentation and office equipment which are not to be lost or damaged due to human error. Accept complaint form, directing o be solved by Engineering Assistant or concerned engineer. Ensure data processing after solving it. Ask for spare parts quotation and service contracts from suppliers which are approved by each unit head and seek approval with Capital Expenditure Form from COO via HOD. Lead and involve the office work of subordinates. Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by supervisor up to HOD.
Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the ticketing system, phone, or email. Installation, diagnosing and servicing the problem of customers’ printers and all IT equipment. Interact in a professional manner and establish good relationships with customers and fellow employees. Assist in IT infrastructure projects and documentation of manuals, etc. Manage inventory of corporate IT assets, including hardware, licenses, contracts, peripherals, components and helpdesk tickets in a timely manner Following up with users to ensure full resolution of issues Normal work hours and standby support (off-hour support on rotational basis and occasionally weekend support) Provide technical support on-site or via remote access to service issues and IT support requests Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Reviews and revises Talent Acquisition policy and procedures lay down by ARH and ensure for its compliance. Implement the recruitment strategy and provide required support to immediate superior in order to fulfill the talent requirements of ARH. Propose manpower budget in alignment of recruitment strategy by identifying the data sources to perform manpower gap analysis. Liaise with business units and management for manpower requesting, staffing and giving advice to superior in order to deploy manpower mitigation plan. Provide coaching and guidance to subordinates to become talent acquisition strategic partners that align with organizational strategies. Performs analysis on labor market of health care service industry and develop proper employee retention plan. Provides guide-lines for applications arrangement and manages vacancy announcement process in order to get reputable and proper announcement among public. Collaborate with L&D team and business units in order to provide orientation and hands-on trainings for new hires efficiently. Manage exit interview process and perform data analysis in order to support the employee retention plan of ARH. Propose data for annual and monthly reports for providing effective feedback and suggestion to support HR strategy
Scan the patient’s chart & medical checkup daily to maintain files and records for easy access. Sort and distribute incoming mails (internal/external) and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.) Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues Keep and control patient’s charts & other records as patient confidentiality according to the ethics Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the Medical Division and ARH
Coordinate with HR Manager for TNA results analysis. Plan the yearly training schedule. Make decisions for training needs according to job requirements. Manage to negotiate timetable with HOD/HOS for the convenience of employees. Plan end-to-end development programs according to the organizational requirements. Composing proposals to superiors with the aim of developing the employee. Receive and process the trainer’s feedback and training results. Manage the seminar and workshops with other organizations. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superiors of the HR (L&D) department.
Liaise among C’Suite, departments heads and medical staffs for improvement of medical division of Asia Royal Hospital Assist CMO, CA, AMS, AGM and together with all staffs of medical office for implementation of new projects and regulation of health care in line with standards Organize consultants and medical officers and staffs to perform regular CME for continuous medical and nursing education Supervise medical office staff for efficient operation and problem solving Report superiors about affairs concerned with medical division for strategic management Undertake duties and responsibilities assigned and directed by superior of the Medical Division and ARH
