Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and managing all sales and marketing activities for GP Lubricants distribution operations. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue, expanding market coverage, strengthening dealer and customer relationships, and promoting the company’s lubricant products effectively in the market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Manage daily sales operations and supervise the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, workshops, retailers, and key customers. Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution channels. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve market performance. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities. Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and stock availability. Conduct customer visits and provide excellent after-sales service and support. Train and motivate sales staff to improve product knowledge and sales performance. Maintain company branding and market presence across all sales areas.
