Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Conduct financial analysis and provide variance insights. Manage and maintain the general ledger. Perform complex account reconciliations. Lead month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with tax preparation and statutory filings. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Prepare additional management reports as required.
