Fashion Campaign & Content * Lead concept development for fashion collections, lookbooks, campaign shoots, and promotional content. * Direct photoshoots, video productions, and commercial advertisements. * Oversee styling, art direction, and creative execution. 3. Visual Branding * Manage all visual communications, including social media, retail stores, packaging, and printed materials. * Maintain a strong and consistent brand image across all platforms. * Approve final creative assets before publication. 4. Creative Team Leadership * Lead and mentor Graphic Designers, Photographers, Videographers, Content Creators * Assign creative projects and monitor quality standards. * Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the creative team. * Manage creative budgets and project timelines efficiently. 5. Marketing Collaboration * Work closely with the Marketing team to develop impactful campaigns. * Collaborate with Merchandising and Product teams to support new product launches. * Ensure creative strategies contribute to business growth and customer engagement. 6.
