Job Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse functions, including inventory control, labor supervision, logistics coordination, and stock movement through the Odoo system. This role is responsible for ensuring warehouse efficiency, accuracy of records, timely dispatch, and physical security of goods. The Warehouse Manager will work closely with the Management Team and, Admin and Operations department, lead the warehouse team, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Integrity, strong leadership, and organizational discipline are key attributes. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations & Supervision Lead and manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including inbound/outbound logistics. Supervise the Warehouse Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and laborers. Inventory Management & System Oversight Ensure real-time and accurate data entry of stock transactions in Odoo. Plan and implement periodic stock counts and reconcile variances. Maintain proper documentation and records of warehouse operations. Labor & Resource Management Assign tasks to warehouse staff, monitor performance, and provide guidance. Resolve team conflicts and motivate staff to maintain productivity and discipline. Prevent loss, damage, or theft through proper supervision and security practices. Warehouse Organization & Safety Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment. Optimize shelf and space utilization for efficiency. Enforce safety standards and conduct regular checks to prevent incidents.
Job Summary Sales Executives are responsible for creating relationships with new and existing dealers (Construction Material and paint retailers). Regularly following up and updating dealers on our products to increase sales. Dealer Management & B2B Sales Handle existing Dealer relationships and identify new leads/business opportunities Present and promote products to potential Dealers in line with company strategy. Sales Performance Reporting Submit monthly sales performance reports to management without exceptions Track individual targets, revenue growth and key sales metrics. CRM (Customer Relationship Management) & System Usage Accurately log all sales activities in Odoo (calls, meetings, client updates, deals) Ensure data accuracy and timeliness for internal reporting and forecasting.
