Job Summary Sales Executives are responsible for creating relationships with new and existing dealers (Construction Material and paint retailers). Regularly following up and updating dealers on our products to increase sales. Dealer Management & B2B Sales Handle existing Dealer relationships and identify new leads/business opportunities Present and promote products to potential Dealers in line with company strategy. Sales Performance Reporting Submit monthly sales performance reports to management without exceptions Track individual targets, revenue growth and key sales metrics. Job Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse functions, including inventory control, labor supervision, logistics coordination, and stock movement through the Odoo system. The role involves monitoring site activities, conducting material testing, preparing quality documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical support to ensure projects are executed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Site Monitoring & Quality Assurance Check site activities regularly to ensure work quality and compliance with contract specifications, quality standards, and regulations. Job Summary The Junior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for assisting in cost estimation, material and labor measurement, documentation, for waterproofing, repair and strengthening projects. This role supports the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Teams by ensuring accurate quantity take-offs, organizing files and maintaining records necessary for commercial and technical reporting. Cost Estimation Support Assist in preparing cost estimates based on design drawings and material specifications. Support in developing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for tender submissions and internal use. Coordinate with the team to collect price data for quotations and project costing. Measurement & Quantity Take-Offs Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements under supervision. Record and submit daily or weekly measurement logs as required. Support in preparing material consumption reports for project monitoring. Documentation & Record Keeping Prepare and maintain consumption tables and tracking sheets for assigned projects. Update and manage material trackers for usage, delivery and balance stock. Organize project quotations, BOQs and price files in relevant folders.
