You will manage, organize, and maintain accurate business records while ensuring smooth document flow across teams in Botahtaung, Yangon Key Responsibilities ● Prepare, review, and maintain internal documents, reports, and records with accuracy and consistency. ● Organize filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of hardcopy and digital documents when needed. ● Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and update required information. ● Handle routine administrative documentation tasks and support daily office operations. ● Track document status, follow up on missing information, and maintain proper record control. ● Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and proper storage of sensitive company information.
