The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging digital content to promote the Japanese language school and agency services. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, student engagement, lead generation, and online community growth across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be creative, trend-aware, passionate about education and Japanese culture, and capable of producing high-quality visual and written content. Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, reels, stories, posters, and captions. Write creative and professional captions in Myanmar and/or English language. Develop educational and entertaining content related to Japanese culture, language tips, and student life. Manage daily posting schedules across platforms such as: Facebook TikTok Instagram YouTube Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement. Respond to inquiries professionally and coordinate with admissions staff when needed. Maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Prepare monthly social media performance reports including: Follower growth Engagement rate Reach and impressions Lead generation results
Manage the daily administrative operations of the Japanese Training Center and agency office efficiently Ensure office systems, administrative policies, rules, and procedures are properly implemented and maintained Supervise administrative staff, support personnel, and student service operations Coordinate classroom arrangements, training schedules, student accommodation, and facility management Manage office facilities, maintenance, cleanliness, security, and asset control to maintain a professional learning environment Monitor office supplies, inventory, procurement processes, and vendor coordination Support Japanese language training programs and ensure smooth communication between students, teachers, and management Maintain operational efficiency, workplace discipline, and compliance with center regulations and Japanese workplace standards Prepare administrative reports, student records, attendance tracking, and internal documentation accurately Coordinate events, orientations, meetings, and activities related to Japanese training programs Handle confidential administrative information and ensure proper document management Support management in improving operational processes and student services
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions related to Japanese business operations, including Japanese-speaking staff, teachers, office staff, marketing staff, student coordinators, and agency employees. Develop recruitment strategies to attract candidates suitable for Japanese companies and Japanese workplace environments. Prepare job descriptions, manpower planning, and recruitment plans based on Japanese market demand.
Develop talent acquisition strategies for bilingual and Japanese-speaking candidates.
Maintain employee records, employment contracts, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation accurately and confidentially
. Ensure HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards are properly implemented.
Manage probation evaluations, employment confirmations, and employee performance tracking.
Coordinate payroll, compensation, benefits administration, and KPI performance evaluation systems.
