Job Summary The 3D Designer is responsible for creating innovative and functional 3D designs for ball pens and related stationery products. The role involves product modeling, rendering, prototype development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support new product development and continuous product improvement. Key Responsibilities Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings for ball pens and stationery products. Develop product concepts and transform them into manufacturable designs. Prepare detailed design specifications, dimensions, and assembly drawings. Collaborate with Product Development, Production, Quality, and Marketing teams throughout the product development process. Modify and improve existing product designs based on technical requirements and customer feedback. Support prototype development, testing, and product validation activities. Ensure design compliance with manufacturing capabilities and quality standards. Maintain and update design files, drawings, and technical documentation. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
