1.Oversee Operation :Manage day to day accounting operations ,including account payable,accounts receivable ,general ledger and financial reporting. 2.Policy Development :Develop and implement accounting policies ,procedures,and control to ensure accuracy ,completeness,and compliance with regulatory requirement. 3.Month-End and Year-End Process :Handle month end and year end closing processes, including financial statement preparation,reconciliation,and analysis. 4.Review and Approval : Review and approve journal entries,adjustment,and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. 5.Financial Analysis : Prepare and analyze financial reports,budgets,forecast and variance analyses to support decision making and strategic planning. 6.External Coordination :Coordinate with external auditors,tax authorities,and regulatory agencies for audits,tax fillings, and compliance. 7.Leadership and deveplopment : Mentor,coach,and develop accounting staff,providing guidance and professional development opportunities. 8.Cash Flow Monitoring : Monitor,cash flow, liquitidy and financial performance metrics.
