• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes ‎• Maintain employee records and HR documentation ‎• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using HR/Payroll software systems ‎• Maintain payroll records, salary adjustments, overtime, allowances, and deductions ‎• Prepare HR reports and update HR databases ‎• Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related matters ‎• Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager ‎• Manage and monitor employee attendance, leave, and timesheet records through HR systems ‎• Generate payroll, attendance, and HR reports for management ‎• Support HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementation, maintenance, and data accuracy ‎• Coordinate with finance and department regarding payroll and employee data ‎• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, and HR policies ‎• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HR management systems ‎• Experience using HRIS, payroll software, attendance management systems, or Global HR systems ‎• Strong understanding of payroll calculations, tax, SSB, and labor compliance requirements ‎• Ability to maintain confidential employee and payroll information
