Job Brief We are looking for a IT Supervisor to design, implement, maintain, and support our growing technology infrastructure. You will be part of a IT team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives Responsibilities • Lead the team and self managed to execute new or upgrade established project. • Report back to the Manager • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls,load balancers, VPN, QoS) • Perform network and system maintenance and configurations • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning • Provide End-User support and troubleshooting to resolve issues • Work within established configuration or new setup, upgrade system and management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to infrastructures • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining hardware and software of workstation and LAN performance. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues and recommending instructional language. Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes. Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Providing customer support and helping employees troubleshoot issues in person or remotely Maintaining documentation of help desk procedures and network security protocols Maintaining and reporting documentation of product or service issues
Monitor daily financial transactions for accuracy and completeness to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in a timely manner Implement and monitor internal control procedures Assist Finance Manager providing guidance and mentorship to Finance Team members (junior and senior accounting staff) Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters Provide calculation of product costing and manage cost control
