The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, cash flow, and daily finance operations while providing accurate and timely financial insights to support management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and monthly financial reporting Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end closing Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and variance reports Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Liaise with auditors, banks, suppliers, and external stakeholders Improve financial processes, controls, accuracy, and operational efficiency Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business planning and strategic decisions Lead and support the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
