● Design and develop engaging graphic assets for digital platforms, including: social media graphics, logo, branding materials for clients and BSV internal use. ● Collaborate with various departments within BSV to understand project goals and target audiences. ● Translate brand guidelines and marketing objectives into creative visual solutions. ● Conduct design research and stay up-to-date on current design trends and software. ● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. ● Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers. ● Participate in brainstorming sessions and actively contribute creative ideas.
