What we do

BNK Capital Myanmar Co., Ltd. is a 100% owned subsidiary of BNK Capital, a subsidiary of BNK Financial Group, which is a successful company in the Top (5) financial world in South Korea, consisting of 8 subsidiaries: Busan Bank, Kyongnam Bank, BNK Capital, BNK Securities, BNK Savings Bank, BNK Asset Management, BNK Credit Info, BNK System, etc. In August 2014, it received a business license from the Financial Supervision Authority of Myanmar with the Microfinance Business License No. (0205/2014).

Then, in December 2014, microfinance operations were launched and now, we have successfully opened 41 branches in 9 regions and states, including Yangon Region, Bago Region, Mon State, Magway Region, Sagaing Region, Tanintharyi Region, Kachin State, Kayin State, and Shan State.

1.IT Operations & Administration •Provide IT support to Head Office and branch users. •Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and system issues. •Support core microfinance systems, office applications, and internal tools. •Update and maintain data in web portals as assigned. •Maintain office IT devices (copiers, printers, tablets, phones, mobiles) and support procurement of IT accessories and equipment. •Manage and coordinate Vendor Quotation to purchase IT devices and for system repairs, replacements, upgrades, renewal etc. •Verify invoices and usage before submission to Management and Finance. 2. Network & System Support •Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, PABX, VoIP etc. •Monitor network connectivity and system availability for branches. •Perform basic server, NAS, backup, and storage support. •Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control etc. 3. Hardware & Asset Management •Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation. Ensure proper setup for new employees and branch openings. 4. Security & Compliance •Assist in implementing IT security policies (password, antivirus, access control). •Support data backup, recovery etc. •Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements. 5. B. Regulatory Compliance and Advisory 1.Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the microfinance sector and report potential impacts 2.Provide timely and accurate legal advice to various departments (e.g., Operations, Credit, HR) on day-to-day legal issues. C. Litigation and Debt Recovery 1.Prepare and file court documents, demand letters, and other legal instruments for the recovery of outstanding debts from defaulting clients. 2.Represent the MFI in court proceedings, tribunals, and negotiations, or coordinate with external counsel for litigation matters. 3.Provide legal guidance to the collections and recovery teams on asset seizures, foreclosure, and other enforcement actions, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines. D. Policy and Training 1.Assist in the development and review of internal policies, procedures, and legal frameworks to ensure operational compliance. 2.Conduct internal legal research on a variety of issues.
