Assist in daily financial and accounting operations at the branch Prepare and process payment vouchers, receipts, and journal entries Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system Support cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and bank transactions Assist in daily and monthly cash reconciliation Maintain proper filing of financial documents and branch records Support monitoring of loan disbursement and repayment records Assist in preparing monthly financial reports for Head Office Ensure all financial documents comply with company policies and procedures Support internal and external audit processes Coordinate with Branch Manager and Head Office Finance/Account Department HR & Administrative Support Duties of Branch
Provide legal advice on company operations, contracts, and policies Draft, review, and manage legal documents and agreements Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and microfinance guidelines Handle legal disputes, litigation, and represent the company when necessary Support regulatory processes (e.g., licensing, reporting, compliance) Work closely with management on legal risk management Liaise with external legal bodies, government offices, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies Monitor and review company operations to identify compliance risks Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities (e.g., FRD) Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures Conduct internal audits and compliance checks Provide compliance training to staff Handle AML/CFT processes and risk assessments Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders
IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s IT systems, including networks, servers, hardware, and software. Cybersecurity & Data Protection: Implement and manage security policies, firewalls, and backup systems to protect company data. System Administration: Ensure the smooth operation of Windows/Linux servers, databases, and cloud-based solutions. Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide IT support to employees, resolve technical issues, and maintain system efficiency. IT Strategy & Planning: Develop IT policies and long-term plans to enhance business operations. Project Management: Lead IT projects, such as system upgrades, software implementation, and infrastructure expansion. Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT budgets, negotiate with vendors, and procure IT equipment and services. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure IT operations comply with industry standards and security regulations. Team Leadership & Training: Supervise IT staff, provide training, and enhance team productivity.
