Manage and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including training,and scheduling. Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance, facilities, and administration, to ensure seamless operations. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement. Maintain inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of housekeeping. Prepare reports and presentations on housekeeping activities, including performance metrics and improvement plans.
