▪️Facilitate the management of implementing pharmacy best practices, engaging in assessing the safety of newly deployed medications, managing inventory and storage of medications. ▪️Work as/lead an integral team with pharmacy staff and other disciplines to deliver medication safety and to meet MMU quality standards. ▪️Dispense prescription medication and provide pharmacological information to patients. ▪️Provide billing information for medications. ▪️Facilitate system change process. Establish processes to improve medication management. ▪️Actively engaged in medication error mitigation and prevention. ▪️Lead an effort in error identifications of harmful medication error cases. ▪️Responsible for pharmacy inventory management activities including ordering, counting, receiving, pricing, making stock report and facilitating returns. ▪️Maintain a safe and clean working environment. ▪️Support health care activities and team. ▪️Respond to patients and their relatives’ inquiries, concerns and complaints.
