What we do

Canadian International College - Myanmar (CIC), established in September 2017, is the first Canada (Ontario) based private secondary school in Myanmar. CIC offers certified courses from Grades 9 to 12 that cater to the educational needs of high school students worldwide. The primary focus of our school is to provide quality secondary education to those students who aspire to obtain an Ontario high school diploma, recognized and accepted by colleges and universities worldwide.

Take photos and videos of school activities, events, and daily operations Produce short reels, highlight videos, and promotional content Edit photos/videos for social media and marketing use Support school events (orientation, celebrations, trips, competitions) Manage and maintain camera and lighting equipment Organize and file media content properly
Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and update the HR database. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, etc.). Coordinate performance appraisals and support employee development programs. Manage employee engagement and welfare activities. Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in line with company policy. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations. Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned by HR Manager
Ensure classrooms are properly prepared before class. Test and maintain classroom equipment such as microphones, cameras, and other tech tools. Record daily teacher and student attendance accurately. Check student uniforms and ensure adherence to the dress code. Record and report any uniform or discipline-related issues. Supervise and assist during exams and unit tests. Handle student inquiries or needs during exam sessions. Collect and record unit test and assignment marks.
Timetable Management Prepare and distribute schedules to teachers and students. Be sure to understand class schedules, exam dates, and assignment deadlines. Promptly communicate any timetable changes to all stakeholders. Reporting to Parents – Marks and Student’s Condition Teacher and Academic Staff Attendance Management Exam Planning and Coordination (Seating plan for exams, Staff Assign for Exam Sitting) Exam Paper Management (Checking exam paper errors with teacher, Test paper production) Announcing Test Date and Assignment Deadline, Course Outline Checking with teacher Moodle Explanation to Students Student Council Advisor Room Management
