Finance & CFO Support Manage calendar scheduling and meeting invitations for CFO (including Finance-related and cross-departmental meetings). Support finance processes including claims, advance requests, and PO payment tracking. Assist in CFO’s travel arrangements: transport coordination, hotel booking, and visa documentation. Acting as a liaison across departments when CFO asked IT Coordination Handle PO preparation, quotations checking, managing payment processes, and follow up with vendors. Support IT in third-party coordination for system requirements, licensing, or outsourced services. Commercial Support Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager on advance expense claims and clearance forms Showroom team for advance requests and financial clearances Oversee and track all insurance matters including office and third-party coverage.
