Partnership & Channel Growth: Develop and implement partnership strategies for DTT/DTH/OTT platforms, focusing on subscriber acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. Identify potential partnership opportunities and continuously seek new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and expansion. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with payment vendors, technology vendors, and other stakeholders. This involves establishing connections, fostering collaboration, and driving mutually beneficial partnerships that contribute to the growth of long-term "revenue streams" and achievement of shared goals. Ensure the successful launch of new projects by managing the process, requirements, and timeline. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new business opportunities. Communicate and relay information about offers, promotions, and other schemes with sales teams, including own network and partners. Channel Growth : Product Management & Marketing: Ensure that the OTT platform meets market demands and remains competitive, responsible for product planning, prioritization, and ongoing enhancements. Lead cross functional collaboration with the product, commercial, and communication teams for product planning, prioritization, development, launch, marketing, and ongoing enhancements, to ensure balancing customer responsiveness with strategic market impact. Work closely with other BUs & the technical team to guide the product development process. Propose and implement actionable plans regarding product interventions and segmented campaigns to drive revenue targets. Lead and activate go-to-market plans, including coordinating and communicating the rollout of new products to increase subscriber acquisition and revenue growth. Develop segmented campaigns and service bundling and work closely with cross functional teams to communicate offers and promotions effectively. Actively monitor performance metrics of the OTT platform, providing insights and recommendations for improvement and addressing problems & issues in a timely and effective manner. Preparing updates and metrics regarding the customer life cycle, product positioning & performance and create a unified report for management review regarding OTT business.
Main Responsibilities: Conduct infrastructure feasibility checks for Canal+ decoder installation at partner hotels, apartments, and businesses. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CGA system. Monitor, track, and manage decoder stock, ensuring proper allocation and documentation. Handle decoder activation and ensure smooth onboarding for B2B clients. Troubleshoot and resolve error codes/issues faced by clients Provide basic after-sales service support, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Assist in coordinating with sales, operations, and technical teams to support ongoing B2B projects.
