SCOPE OF WORK The main mission is to assist financial control activities in the department with the production of the monthly management accounts and support the business daily through business partnering. And providing effective and efficient management accounts and financial information. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in planning & organizing budgetary cycle of CANAL+ operation activities, processes and projects: that are as close to reality as possible and implement control procedures Continuously monitor and examine the performance and carry out regular analysis of the cost and report deviations and recommend solutions for improvement. Liaise with budget holders monthly to establish the cause of budget or forecast variances when comparing to actual results Support Head of Controlling in production of budget, revised forecasts, standard management reporting and ad-hoc reports as requested Assist budget holders with any queries that may rise, in a timely manner To undertake monthly reviews of all purchase orders raised to ensure the effective management of purchase orders in accordance with the internal policy To assist the CFO and the Head of Controlling in operating and improving internal controls within the financial control function Carry out any other duties as requested
End-user support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and initiatives, providing technical expertise and support as needed. Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud server infrastructure, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting as well as Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Ubuntu, across various server and workstation environments. Administer and support network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN connections as well as cloud services and platforms, including Azure and AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and availability. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources to ensure high availability and performance. Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's IT infrastructure from cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities. Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance with industry standards and best practices. Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in IT infrastructure management and security to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Prepare purchase order for purchasing new equipment’s such as: desktop & laptop requirements of Canal+ Myanmar. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Perform other duties as assigned.
Lead and execute cloud transformation initiatives, including migration to AWS and Azure platforms. Maintain and optimize on-premise data center infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Oversee daily infrastructure operations, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring uptime. Manage inventory asset tracking and maintenance schedules for all infrastructure equipment, software licenses and contracts. Coordinate infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with internal teams and liaising with the Paris office as necessary. Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the organization's IT infrastructure needs.
Subscriber Account position under the responsibility of the Chief Accountant. Subscriptions accounting implies all accounting and financial flows related to individual subscriptions turnover. MAIN DUTIES : • Analysis of transfers from the subscribers’ management system to the accounting and financial systems; • Accounting regularization procedure for customers’ files; • Participation to closing of accounts’ operations; • Support of subscribers accountants within our subsidiaries; • Accounting configuration of the subscribers’ management system; • Accounting configuration of the accounting and financial systems; • Adjustments and analysis necessary to the tracking of business and financial activities; • Participation to income stages and tests for information system and business evolutions.
1. Coordinates and implements current payment handling • Preparing and posting of fixed asset, account payable and journal entries and making sure that all transactions are in order with company’s corporate governance. • Reconciliation with SOA from the supplier. • Fixed Asset register need to be maintained as per FA policy. • Preparing financial report & Notes to account on monthly basis for Group submission • Assisting in reporting for the group • Any other Ad-hoc duties that are delegated from senior, management and from the group. 2. Cooperates with Tax Officer from IRD • Calculating and arranging withholding tax for oversea supplier payment in monthly basis. • Submission the commercial Tax & Corporate Income Tax for monthly, quarterly, and annually on time. • Prepare and calculate the quantity for Stamp sticker to request from IRD and check the stamp sticker usage. • Record and follow up for the Form 31 from the supplier. • Reconciliation between Form 31 from the supplier & input tax from the accounting system • Dealing and supporting to tax office when they ask documentations and information about the business related to company’s submission. • Updated IRD announcement need to be notified to Management and advise. • Advising on tax matters to all internal & external stakeholders. • Liaison with external & internal (if any) auditors, preparation of audit requested data or documents and audit financial statements related to the tax matter. • Experience in Singapore Corporate Tax & WHT calculation are more preferred. 3. Analysis of all GL • Follow up for the missing invoices from the supplier after AP reconciliation is done. • Liaison with treasury team for supplier payment to avoid the overdue. 4. Prepares financial analysis for month end reporting results to Management • Analyses and explanations about Financial Statement & Notes to Account for the month end closing and year end closing • Analysis of foreign exchange differences.
