Job Description (JD) Manage and oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and general ledger maintenance Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules Perform regular reconciliation of bank accounts, cash balances, and balance sheet accounts Monitor and control company expenses, invoices, and payments, ensuring proper documentation and approvals Support tax filings and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documents and reports Maintain and improve accounting systems, procedures, and internal controls Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and filed for easy reference
