Lead training initiatives and workshops for DDMs focused on enhancing store operational performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor and analyze district sales reports and financial performances (SALE, STOCKS, GP, OPEX, LOSS CONTROL), guiding DDMs to implementing actions for revenue growth and cost management. Ensure DDMs are effectively driving store performance by overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
