Assistant Manager- Responsible for assigned agent units sales development as well as monthly activation. Recruit/ acquire the number of new agents per month. Train and coach the supervisors for sales improvement. Go together with supervisors for the meeting appointments and clients consultation. Ability to provide insightful feedback to superiors for the improvements. Perform the other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superiors. Sales Supervisor- Organize the training needs of the agents and clients. Contact potential agents/customers through phone calls and email. Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement. Management, planning and promotion of overall policies and measures about AAD.
- Indentify training needs analysis and fulfill the skill gaps of the employees and business goals of company according to TNA result. - Support the line manager in designing and developing the training modules and course development. - Conduct the training modules regularly for all levels of employees according to L & D plan of organization. - Provide monthly L & D report to line manager and develop, monitor and improve the effectiveness of training programs. - Perform other functions which are assigned by line manager.

Oversee the recruitment and selection process and implement the selection process with the competency framework. Conduct employer branding with employee engagements, recognitions, benefits, and CSR activities. Devise a performance appraisal system across the organization including target setting, and performance reviews, and enable the development of the HR team. Implement HR Metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies and provide valuable information for various strategies. Conduct orientation training and enhance people management competency in related departments. Assist in the preparation of manpower plan according to the business plan. Develop the organization chart and ensure that it is maintained and updated in response to any changes Prepare the budgets; salary, benefits of all employees, annual recruitment cost, and monthly expenses HR. Arrange monthly payment plan, and benefits program including allowances, commissions, etc. before the deadline. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Labor Laws and taking action when there is illegal with the law. Submit the direct reports to the direct boss and provide guidance to team members to perform the tasks as assigned by the management.
