* Lead and coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. * Expand and manage recruitment channels while conducting CV screening and candidate assessments. * Monitor recruitment expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets. * Utilize LinkedIn, TikTok, and other recruitment or social media platforms for talent sourcing and employer branding. * Verify and maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. * Manage and process resignation, termination, and dismissal documents. * Update promotion and salary increment records in the HRIS system. * Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and employer branding activities. * Support HR team management and oversee daily HR operations to ensure efficient service delivery. * Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Department Head.
Design and update comprehensive training modules, facilitator guides, and presentation materials for internal programs. Ensure all training content adheres to company policies, regulatory mandates, and current insurance industry standards. Conduct workshops on essential interpersonal skills, including leadership, ethics, communication, and customer service. Deliver specialized insurance technical training to both internal employees and external insurance agents. Lead orientation sessions for new hires and entry-level staff to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Develop study materials and lead preparatory sessions for Insurance Institute of India (III) exams and licensing. Oversee the end-to-end administration of exam registrations, candidate documentation, and certification records. Conduct mock exams, review candidate progress, and generate reports on exam readiness and final results. Travel to various branch locations to deliver consistent, high-quality training programs across all regions. Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance, schedules, assessment scores, and certification issuance. Manage the practical side of training, including venue arrangements, material distribution, and session scheduling. Assist senior trainers in large-scale programs and execute special assignments as directed by the Department Head
