Checking and reviewing of disbursement conditions and all other security documents so as to ensure correctness, integrity and comprehensiveness of details/information and terms and conditions stipulated in the facility agreement and product programs. Regular monitoring on the credit approval conditions (insurance, collateral, other financial/nonfinancial) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and notify them to have required updated documents. Ensure timely disbursement of credit facilities within the defined turnaround time and ensuring all the documentation is complete and compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. Liaise with business team, underwriting team and IT team to develop quality assurance system to maintain effective control of credit information of the bank. Responsible for preparing and timely reporting of central bank of Myanmar and Myanmar Credit Bureaus according to their guidelines. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or errors in credit reports, collaborating with relevant departments. Provide support to internal stakeholders regarding credit reporting inquiries and timely notification of changes of reporting standards and industry regulations. Raise and timely reporting any deviations or violation of terms of conditions of credit facilities, credit policies, approving authorities and product programs to senior management team, ECC and BCC. Maintain highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in the provision of services in the credit administration department.

Supervisory Responsibilities Organizes and oversees the schedules, territories, and performance of the bank insurance specialist. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Negotiating with Insurance companies and branches/ department Duties/Responsibilities Provides leadership to the assigned region, overseeing insurance sales and service activities and branches. Collaborates with branch managers to develop sales goals for each branch/ location, monitors progress toward those goals, and develops strategies to achieve the target. Identifies opportunities for improvement in the branch region; designs and implements training, strategies, policies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale. Schedules and directs regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale. Collaborates with executive leadership and bank partners to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies. Maintaining relationships with insurance companies, agents, brokers, reinsurers, and other entities within the industry. Negotiating with Insurance companies to obtain the best rates possible for clients. Performs other duties as assigned.
