Prepare the daily, weekly, monthly reports instructed by Section Head. Communicate with the relevant departments and collect the required information. Able to use software applications effectively. Perform other duties assigned by Section Head.
Manage day to day of Daily attendance. Keep Records of employee’s leave requisitions and ensure that all leave requests are approved by relevant supervisors or HODs. Report and keep records of daily attendance, on duty, leaves & absenteeism. Record leave balance ledger for each employee. Calculate attendances of branch’s employee for their monthly payroll process and overtime allowances. Monthly without pay leaves and late records for HR payroll process. Required documents supporting for internal & external audit examination. Annual leave balance reports for resigned, dismissed and terminated staff to refund. Any added responsibilities as required by the superiors.
Assist with Recruitment & Selection functions: both internal & external. List to staff requested, vacancy announcement internal and external, CV collection and maintenance. Prepare with the process, connecting to candidates for interview and document preparation of relevant tasks. Implement job offering process and medical checkup process. Assist in hiring process: Request permission from Management to appoint new staff and announce office order to management and respective departments. Arrange and coordinate for facility arrangement: fingerprint record, ferry services, and other staff facilities etc. Organize and keep personal history forms of new staff, record of R&S documents. Keep personal history files and record the job history of each member of staff. Prepare weekly recruitment progress record. Implement permanent employment process. Assist in promotion exam and interview as and when required. Assist in yearly performance evaluation process. Respective HR duties assigned by section heads and HOD.
Create and design various materials for digital and print, Determine creative direction for the bank within brand guidelines. Ensuring delivery of high quality and original artwork. Provide a timeline upon assessing the management’s needs & preferences. Communicating with the marketing team for creating promotional graphics. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools and technologies to keep designs fresh and relevant.

Ensure data entries and report preparations with high accuracy. Support report checking and reconciliations. Communicate with different departments for report consolidations and centralization. Perform multitasking under pressure within the given time frame. Understand CBM rules & regulations for finanical reports. (1) Manage the Dy CTO's calendar and carry out the Dy CTO's instructions. (2) Work with and remind the Dy CTO impending tasks and deadline. (3) Handle Dy CTO's claims and travel arrangement including visas and accomodation. Manage day to day performance of Talent Acquisition staff and ensure that recruitment and selection policies and guidelines are followed Ensure provision of Orientation Training to all new recruits Ensure that Onboarding Programme and or employee engagement programme are performed as planned Ensure that all recruitment process are on track and accomplished within the standard time frame Perform Exit interview within one week of the submission date of resignation letter Responsible for implementing annual Training programme as planned Perform Yearly Performance Evaluation Process & Report Perform Promotion Exam and Interview as and when required Perform performance management functions such as disciplinary action, grievance handling and training needs analysis based on performance results Ensure all training records are maintained and updated Plan and Track training budgets. monitor and report accordingly
