Academic Management Arranging meetings for new lecturers with the Academic Head, Chairman. Conducting Module Meetings and planning class schedules for the year with the respective lecturers and explaining procedures and regulations to new lecturers. Requesting Lecturer Handbooks and assignments for new modules. Submitting suitable job applications to the Academic Head for additional lecturer recruitment if necessary. Student Affairs Management Arranging and supervising internships and industrial trips, and accompanying them as a supervisor and managing Asia Science Camp matters. Resolving complaints from lecturers, students, and staff. Arranging to submit reports on teachers' teaching performance and attendance records from the Center Manager to the Academic Head, Operation Director, and Deputy Operations Manager. Reviewing and arranging for warning letters to be sent to students whose attendance records do not meet the required percentage. Supervising the preparation of student-related documents during EV visits. Center Operation Management Organizes and implements all aspects of large, campuses special events utilizing presentation and promotional materials, maintaining budgetary and operational controls, and representing the College occasional Seminars/Events.
