Job Summary Proactive Learning & Development Deputy Manager to lead company training initiatives, build employee capability, and strengthen leadership pipelines across all levels. This role supports business growth through impactful learning programs and a strong learning culture. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement annual Training & Development plans aligned with business goals and organizational strategy. Collaborate with the Performance Management team to identify competency gaps, performance gaps, and training needs through performance appraisal and assessment results. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and recommend learning interventions to address capability gaps across the organization. Design, deliver, and coordinate onboarding, leadership development, technical, and corporate skills training programs. Create and implement Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and succession development programs for high-potential employees and future leaders. Manage internal and external training programs, workshops, seminars, and professional certification activities. Measure training effectiveness, monitor learning KPIs, and prepare reports on training impact, employee development, and ROI. Maintain training records, learning databases, and development documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms while promoting a continuous learning culture.
Design and develop creative visual content for packaging, labels, product branding and marketing collaterals. Create advertisements, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media content, and digital campaigns. Work on motion graphics, animations, and video editing for product promotions. Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams to ensure designs reflect brand guidelines. Use creative tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) to produce high-quality designs. Ensure all designs are brand-consistent, innovative, and attractive to FMCG consumers. Support in trade marketing materials such as POSM (Point of Sale Materials), display stands, and event visuals. Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities Review and analyze daily production and packing performance, including fulfillment, yield, waste, and production downtime , and implement corrective actions where necessary. Prepare and submit consolidated summary reports to the Director (Factory) . Ensure full compliance with ISO, GHP, and HACCP systems across all production operations. Lead and organize training programs to ensure employees are well-trained and compliant. Coordinate with Production and Packing departments to address operational requirements, provide guidance, and ensure effective communication and follow-up actions. Align production operations with the sales schedule by evaluating machine capacity and raw material availability. Collaborate with Sales, Planning, QA, Engineering, Store, HR Operations, and HR Planning to ensure smooth execution. Adjust plans with approval from the Director (Factory) when necessary. Demonstrate strong people management skills to effectively lead, supervise, and manage team members, ensuring high performance, discipline, and accountability. Drive productivity improvements to ensure production targets are consistently achieved by optimizing resources, improving processes, and monitoring performance. Manage shift operations effectively , including manpower planning, shift scheduling, and ensuring smooth handovers between shifts. Provide training and conduct performance evaluations for Production and Packing staff. Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals and identify skill gaps, recommending appropriate training programs. Monitor and control departmental budgets to ensure efficient utilization within approved limits. Oversee and ensure effective utilization of the SAP system and support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency. Drive improvements to achieve targeted yield, waste reduction, and production efficiency . Supervise and manage Waste Water and Water Treatment Systems in compliance with environmental standards. Ensure workplace health and safety compliance , maintaining a safe working environment for all employees. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional departments to support overall production objectives. Ensure implementation and continuous improvement of 6S practices within the assigned work area. Conduct annual Hazard Analysis in collaboration with the QA team. Lead risk management initiatives and ensure proper implementation of risk mitigation actions . Develop, review, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational procedures. Actively participate as a member of the Food Safety Team and GHP Team .
