Job Description - Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department - Maintains human resources staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees - Assist in HR administration tasks (recruitment , SSB contributions , employee training , events ). - Organize the employee's leave records - Calculation for Overtime payment and Personal Income Tax - Organize the whole implementation of formal letters from both external and internal - Organize and maintain company files and references, including confidential files
