Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team, responsible for designing architecture while managing construction documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate across departments and with external partners to deliver high-quality projects that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. Key Responsibilities: Create innovative designs for buildings design, including layouts, elevations, and construction details. Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines. Participate in client meetings and conduct site visits both locally and internationally to maintain strong client relationships Work with various departments and external vendors, including subcontractors and M&E consultants, to finalize approved designs. Conduct evaluations to assess local regulations, social, environmental, and economicimpacts, ensuring all projects comply with relevant standards. Manage exterior landscaping aspects of projects as necessary. Prepare and manage all necessary documentation and permits in compliance with authorities. Select materials, and coordinate construction documentation to support project execution.
Position Overview The Construction Auditor is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and auditing construction projects to ensure financial integrity, regulatory compliance, contract adherence, and efficient use of resources. The role helps identify risks, prevent fraud, and improve cost and project management practices. Key Responsibilities Review contractor invoices, claims, change orders, and progress billings for accuracy and compliance with contracts. Verify project budgets, cost allocations, and payment applications. Ensure compliance with contract terms, building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements. Audit procurement processes, subcontractor agreements, and vendor payments. Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Identify potential financial, operational, and compliance risks in construction projects. Prepare audit reports with findings, analysis, and recommendations. Follow up on corrective action plans and report to Finance Director and BOD.
