Business Development - Assist to BOM mainly in Business Development & Sales. - Continuous studying and analysis on changes and trending in Myanmar Logistics and Freight Forwarding Market in Import and Export; specialized in China Cross-border. - Study on Company’s services and status in logistics market, POSM, Tender and review the service level against with market demands. - Quarterly and yearly, Lead the Business Development and Sales Team in setting up target markets, goals and develop the sales strategy. - Overview on monthly Sales progress, report to BOM and guide the team in accordance with strategies and target setting. - Monitor Sales to fulfil sales target and sales activities. - Arranging business development meeting with client. - Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. - Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs. - Build long-term relationship with new and existing customers. - Support BOM and Operations Manager in all operations of POSM, Tender, Procurement. - By coordination with Human Resources Department, follow up and review on performance and capacity of each employee of senior team members in Business Development, Sales and Operations.

Source and evaluate suppliers search for suppliers in China and evaluate them based on price, quality, and reliability for the products and spare parts. Manage our Chinese vendor relationships, including negotiating pricing, payment terms, quality issues, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Communicate with suppliers: communicate with suppliers in China to ensure that they understand the company's requirements including product artwork and to resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with other departments to forecast inventory needs and develop purchasing plans. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, internal teams, and management. Identify and evaluate potential new vendors and negotiate contracts as needed. Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and develop improvement plans as necessary. Monitor quality control: will monitor the quality of goods produced by suppliers in China to ensure that they meet the company's standards. Manage inventory levels and ensure that there is an adequate supply of goods on hand to meet demand.
