Supervise the all vehicles repair and maintenance issues and to manage all vehicles assignments to efficiently fulfill the in-town/out-town delivery requirements as well as vehicle request from all departments Manage and record housekeeping and Pest Control as plan Ensure all reports and urgent requirements are done in timely manner Monitor inventory of office equipment and supplies and purchasing of new equipment and supplies with attention to budgetary constraints Be able to multi-task and perform other admin related and ad hoc tasks assigned by Management. Managing for renewal process of Company License, Motorcar License and etc. Monitoring documents for internal and auditing.
