What we do

ClassForward is a recruitment and placement agency that connects English-speaking individuals with private families in Thailand who want their children to experience English immersion at home. We recruit, screen, and place candidates from Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, as these nationalities can be legally employed by private households in Thailand. Our role is to ensure that both families and candidates clearly understand the expectations of the position and that all placements are fair, ethical, and lawful.

ClassForward does not recruit domestic workers, housekeepers, or full-time nannies. There are no household duties involved in the roles we place. Candidates do not need to be qualified teachers or hold teaching certificates. Instead, we look for individuals who speak English at a high level and are comfortable interacting with children in a friendly, positive, and engaging way.

The positions we offer focus entirely on English language interaction. This includes playing games, singing songs, reading stories, having everyday conversations, and helping with homework in English. Families typically request a few hours per week so their children can practice English naturally in a relaxed home environment, supporting confidence, pronunciation, and listening skills without pressure or formal classroom teaching.

ClassForward carefully screens both candidates and families to ensure safety, clarity, and mutual respect. We confirm that families understand the role is language-focused only, with clear schedules and boundaries. For candidates, we provide guidance throughout the application process and ensure placements match their availability and comfort level.
