Position Purpose / Context The role is responsible & accountable for the development, management, and improvement of the entire supply management framework. Drive execution of Collaborative Supply Planning process. Facilitate generation and dynamic review of consensual sales forecast by ensuring participation from RSMs and all other key stake holders. Help in achieving higher level of efficiency by improving forecasting capability. Determines forecasting approaches, tool utilization, synchronization processes, contingency plans, and metrics. Leads S&OP/E processes on monthly & weekly basis Key Duties / Responsibilities Prepare weekly and monthly production schedule based on weekly RE sale and current finished goods inventory in hand to support sale demand. To ensure production output is at optimal inventory level as per policy. Monitor actual production output vs plan output so as to make changes in production plan as required. Generate production volume forecast based on updated RE forecast and current stock level on weekly and monthly basis. To make sure data accuracy in the volume forecast as this has impact on raw material order planning. Prepare production report for weekly S&OE and monthly S&OP and monthly supply chain report and involve in the meetings . Plan to produce in a way that optimize line efficiency and man power. Plan to produce without overtime in low season. Ensure to produce expiring concentrate and other raw and packaging materials in time when required Collaborate with production team, sale team for production plan updates. Working closely with raw material planner, capacity and packaging material planner. Providing regular feedback about line performance and changes in production plan. Plan for trial run for new material and new products as required. Validates that all metrics are in place and being reported properly
• Acquire new accounts with outlet expansion team and establish routes implement and update the route and journey cycle plan cost effectively to achieve 100% coverage of all outlets. • In order to monitor implementation of the Company’s policies and standards time in motion to Sales and Merchandising. • Establish routes; plan the proper daily and weekly sequence of stops for route so that travel time, mileage and vehiclerunning costs are minimized; ensure that the customers are provided with a regular and efficient service. • Monitor the competition’s route plan and plan ahead of them and synchronize with master data system. • Monitoring frequency of calls per outlet of daily route and rearrange when necessary to improve the routes. • Respective routes have to completion • 100% call completion & minimum 65% strike rate • Keep on Product available, outlet activation & cooler purity in coverage outlets • Handle customer complaints in a professional matter.
Assists in the preparation of profit and loss statements, reports and various analyses as per required by the SLT for decision making purposes. Drives timeliness and completion of reports from stakeholders which are relevant in the management reports and analyses for decision making purposes. Assists in ensuring compliance of Sales and Commercial Team’s processes with company policies to safekeep company assets and minimize audit findings. Performs market research, data mining and business intelligence which will be used preparing financial analyses / cost benefit studies that will result to process and cost efficiencies. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards that will be used for decision making purposes.
Improve and develop the sales team by practicing the coaching and training method as per the CCPBM requirement using the various tracking processes and guidelines we have in place (RED, GREEN, ROUTE CARD, ROUTE RIDING REVIEW, PLANNED CALL, SUPERVISOR SCORE CARD…etc..). Assess and track to measure the levels of supervisors’ knowledge and skills within the CCBPM’s sales team and distributors’ sales team. Support and cooperate with sales supervisors to develop the monthly training and coaching calendar for the Sales Representatives based on the identified development needs. Provide the training tools and support to sales supervisors in their coaching program that sales team are using the RED, GREEN, ROUTE CARD, ROUTE RIDING REVIEW, PLANN CALL, CDE sales kits properly. Develop the coaching culture by supporting and leading to supervisors to be effectively executing the field visit coaching and development activities. Report the assessment on capability scores of supervisors as well as skill level tracker in specified format for the respective area on monthly basic. Generate the RED/ GREEN to ensure compliance as per the standards set in capability plans in sales region. Plan for on the job training for the specific and generic needs of the sales region by practicing coaching method.

• Monitor of Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) data and report to Environmental Engineer • Acquire knowledge of Wastewater Treatment Plant operation for trouble shooting, implementation of action plan. • Develop and updating of SOP, Quality Plan as per required and changes in systems. Make sure operators to follow analysis and operational control procedures, WI, protocol, guideline and QSE requirements of KO and ISO standard. (14 LSR, Food safety, Validation & Change management, Calibration & Maintenance of Equipment’s, etc) • Maintain the maximum inventory level of spare part management, reagents, processing agents. Mange to the operational breakdown at minimum by distribution of not available spare part or out of stock situation of lab reagents internally and communication gaps with 3rd party to sending sample in time. All the Testing frequency must maintain as requirements. • Train to internal / external stake holders to maintain and manage the treated wastewater quality and to avoid impact to waste water operation systems • Involve in the project with cross functional departments to achieve business goal and set up strategy of implementation. • Comply to organization “Food safety Standards and KORE requirements. • Follow 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule
