Provide strategic direction and operational support to ensure that QSE conforms to The Coca-Cola and local country standards, specifications and regulations. Primarily ensuring operations comply to all food laws, sanitary regulation, health requirements, GMP, HACCP, ISO, OHSAS and Environmental waste management. Drive jounery towards assurance model from control model. Support the implementation of the plant certification and confoirmance to Integrated Management Systems (IMS) considting of KORE, ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, PAS220, ISO22000 and that all operations are in a state of rediness to pass any external audits and internal GAO audits Ensuring Incident Management Control & Reporting. Partner with external stakeholders to ensure keeping current with latest developments of the various laws and regulations, working within the QSE community defining new and improved standards of operation, identifying and utilizing latest technology. Create a Pipeline of QSE Talent within the organisation that can effectively manage the total compliance requirements as well as drive both a compliance a continuous improvement culture, while driving correct behaviours. Support associates capability development through planning, scheduling of training and regular updates on new policies and changing requirements. Obtaining consents as required by regulatory authorities and ensure compliance to consent conditions as required by regulations. Efficiency Improvement: Review process and procedures to determine optimal approach to operational challenges to deliver, WUR, EUR and Quality standards.
Identify and execute cost‑saving initiatives; develop long‑term category strategies. Benchmark best practices and global procurement standards. Engage with global sourcing towers and CEPG for capability alignment. Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing various services and indirect procurement categories, including event management, uniforms, and other indirect materials, in compliance with company policies and cost objectives. Utilize market cost forecasts for business planning. Lead complex contract negotiations. Assess supply risks and establish mitigation plans for key suppliers. Implement SRM framework and performance scorecards. Ensure supplier compliance with T&Cs and Code of Business Conduct. Identify supplier competencies and competitive positioning. Support execution of pricing, contracting, and negotiation strategies. Ensure 100% service level through supplier delivery performance. Monitor P2P transaction accuracy with Finance. Lead contract management, vendor onboarding, and compliance controls. Review POs, track statuses, and ensure accurate documentation. Coordinate with EOSH, QA, and suppliers for specification alignment. Lead supplier selection and evaluation; ensure ethical sourcing. Monitor supply chain conditions and identify alternates.
Compiling of information to generate presentations in PowerPoint and other documents to strict deadlines across various projects, able to perform simple research and analysis. Diary with full details (contacts, addresses, travel arrangements etc.). Respond to meeting requests from internal and external parties in a way that best optimizes the allocation the Leader’s time in relation to achievement of objectives. Requires constant changes, prioritization and flexibility. Prepare and maintain expense report and set up all travel arrangements. Arrange and prepares required documents for meetings, take meeting notes, issues notes, distribute information to all staff as necessary and as directed. Meet and greet clients and visitors. Perform general duties to include but not limited to: faxing, mailing, and filing. Making calls internally and externally on behalf of the leaders, screens incoming calls, correspondence and responds independently when possible, prepare notes of meeting, and attend internal meetings as necessary. Collate all monthly management report and prepare executive summary. Establish and maintain relationships with external individuals/ parties in order to protect and enhance the image of the Company. Protect information provided in confidence from outside sources (bottlers and other business partners) and ensure this information is not disseminated to those not directly involved. When the leader is out of the office, dealing with requests and queries in a timely manner without specific direction. Using own judgement to take appropriate action/ speak to the relevant people and follow up to ensure requests are actioned satisfactorily whilst maintain the appropriate level of confidentiality. SAP tasks including raising of purchase orders/ approving for Leader etc. Planning and coordination team meetings and other ad hoc team/ company events (all hands meetings, other offsite and onsite meetings, virtual meetings e.g. videoconference, telephone conference, WebEx etc.). Forging good working relations with other Assistants in Coca-Cola. Ad hoc project work and other tasks as required. Coordinate project-based work and other duties assigned
