Position Purpose / Context Technology Operations Lead - *Market* will be responsible for keeping our technology infrastructure operating as smoothly and efficiently as possible, working closely to support our bottling operations by delivering reliable, scalable and cost effective workplace technology, networks, distributed systems, Data center, Cloud operations, SAP infrastructure and IT operational support. The individual will be expected to lead the modernization of operating platforms and procedures within *Market* by aligning to Bottling Investment Group technology standards and strategy. In this capacity, the leader will also work with key local business stakeholders to drive demand management and capacity planning for the infrastructure. Successful relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external partners are critical; as is the ability to retain, develop and attract a high performing team. Key Duties / Responsibilities Implement and maintain reliable, performant, scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure platforms in line with BIG strategies and delivering to the expectations of the business. Ownership of 1st & 2nd level support functions related to networking & telecoms, servers and storage, databases and end user compute infrastructure. Participate in strategic BIG CTO initiatives to deliver best in class infrastructure services across the Group. Governance of Enterprise Asset Management, Software Licenses and Upgrades . Analysis of IT Infrastructure Performance Metrics for local market Delivering robust and efficient IT InfrastrAnalyses the key drivers in the current capital and revenue spends. Understand the application landscape, technical architecture, networks and explore opportunities to provide stable uptimes and reduce costs. Review local services, operations and current managed services to identify opportunities for consolidation. Produce gap analysis of current vs BIG model services and implement plans to bridge gaps. Implement BIG Infrastructure as Service locally and assist when required in other marketsucture services aligned to BIG standards, transition to cloud and Group-wide managed services for Operations in line with BIG standards leveraging TCCC where feasible. Lead the development and execution of the local infrastructure strategies in line with BIG strategic direction. This includes general worker and executive worker scope for personal computing, voice, video, and conferencing, as well as IT infrastructure. Manage and steward The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) relationships with local key business partners as necessary (e.g. external technology and technology service providers.) Keep up to date with latest worksite, infrastructure and emerging technologies with a view to influencing and driving the wider BIG roadmap.

Need support supply chain directors to communicate with all internal and external stakeholders, including CCPBM SLT, functions heads and managers, associates, BIG group SLT, COEs, managers, OU, CPS, corporate and key equipment OEM, RM/PM suppliers, NGOs, 3PLs, contractors, and local authorities. Act the communication bridge between supply chain director and supply chain associates, collect the advice from supply chain associates and follow up the feedback, and arrange function level communication, such as supply chain townhall, support to CCPBM good to talk session, and act as English/Burmese translator during the communication. Prepare monthly QSPECS report and detailed analysis of each KPI and work with function heads/manager on action plan. Prepare monthly productivity saving report and detailed analysis of supply chain CPC and productivity to identify new opportunities. Monthly supply chain report and WTMM follow up.
Lead the entire Utility team to implement preventive/corrective/emergency maintenance activity within the manufacturing area to fully operate all the operation line without any breakdown due to lack of maintenance activity from Utility side. Lead the Utility team to do regular overhaul, retrofit and upgrade, inspection, service to fully compliance with Government regulation and TCCC requirements (such as Boiler Inspection, Compressor Yearly service, Chiller service, Electrical Room yearly inspection, Cooling tower service etc) to both Internal & External audit readiness all the time. Lead the Utility team to make improvements on Cost Saving Structure (EUR / WUR / Operational cost optimization / Innovation etc) within the manufacturing area which related to Utility team and also need to communicate/ involve with BIG for all the implementation project within the country. Lead the Utility team and build the people capability to reduce external service and maintenance activity and speed up in house workshop activity by working together with Maintenance team for all kind of modification / innovation / optimization within utility area. Responsible for making sure all the facility / assets / equipment within the utility area are in good condition and make yearly Assets Verification/ Management together with Finance team as necessary. Communicate with maintenance planners to do effective PM plan within the Utility area based on manufacturer guideline, internal PM schedule and well organize all the required activity together with Utility and Plant maintenance team. Advise on spare parts management to optimize inventory level as per BIG guideline and unnecessary parts purchasing which can leading to waste within the utility area. Responsible to leading and comply all QSE requirements and implementation within the Utility team. No safety bypassing and no safety accidents within the utility area. Leading Calibration/ Verification/ New system implementation activity within the utility area such as (Safety valve calibration, critical controls parameters verification and validation, new innovation activity which can support cost optimizing/ set up required action plan for safety compliance etc.) within the utility team/ area. Responsible to operate two automated machines in the same line or different line within the same work schedule in order to achieve business targets, especially for Line Efficiency and Productivity Improvement. Responsible to optimize/minimize machine down time in designated area. Work with QA, maintenance team and warehouse team to deliver/produce a qualified finish goods based on production planning. Responsible to achieve targeted USLE (line efficiency), to complete production report and shift handover process by ensuring continuity of safe and effective working. Responsible to perform Level 1 maintenance activity such as BEC (basic equipment care), CLTI (cleaning, lubrication, tightening, inspection) , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for two machines. Work with maintenance team for all maintenance activities such as overhaul, retrofit, upgrade., etc and preventive maintenance activity included. Monitor Spare parts requirements for designated machines and make sure to be ready for replacement if needed. Responsible to check the readiness of raw materials/packaging materials and pallets before running/operating the production line and make sure to return the product balance after production. Support the regular audit in regards of RM/PM, pallets and fixed assets. Responsible to deliver/perform to complete the WTMM (Work That Matter Most) which may include USLE and yield targets, manufacturing cost per case, etc., and need to drive for continuous improvement in every aspect by working with cross functions. Other duties assigned by immediate manager from time to time, for instance, manual packaging, manual palletizing, etc. Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program”. Follow 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule).
Collaborate in the design of the stakeholder engagement strategy and develop locally relevant plans aligned to objectives. Lead and drive the engagement plan across the local business with local leadership, including the strategic guiding of positioning/messaging. Implement the relevant metrics/control processes to monitor progress and report accordingly. Ensure stakeholder engagement schedules are maintained are appropriately documented. Design, develop and deploy engagement plans tailored to country’s business objectives, including building trust amongst key segments. Manage roll-out of plans to hit pre-aligned measurement objectives. Strategically guide the company brand experience for stakeholders, within and outside of plant. Lead and partner other functions to develop and share relevant content across relevant channels. Collaborate to design and develop plan to mitigate and manage risks to business operations. Participate in network sharing with group/hub for continuous improvements. Lead local IMCR process – and strategically partner business to manage crisis and issues.
Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles, and prepare memoranda for Legal Counsel as appropriate. Organize, file and systematically maintain documents in hard or electronic form. Gather information needed for legal matters as directed by Legal Counsel. Prepare written reports to assist Legal Counsel with preparation for court hearings and other legal processes, and meetings. Draft correspondence, legal documents, contracts and other documents and directed by Legal Counsel. File exhibits, briefs, appeals and other legal documents with the court as directed by Legal Counsel. Arrange appointments with external counsel and other parties as directed by Legal Counsel. File company documents in relevant government ministries.
