A Business Analyst is a professional who works closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyze current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome, validating and documenting business requirements. Supporting GTH in modeling SOP of business processes for GT, identifying opportunities for process improvements, issues, risks mitigation of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts. Job Responsibilities Provide topline analyses such as volume, sales mix, channel & regonal mix on weekly / monthly / quarterly / annual basis Gather and Gather and provide monthly WTMM update of Regional Sales Heads Gather and provide competitive price analyst (CCPBM vs. competitor prices) Support GT Head in anslysing existing business processes and provide insight, scenario planning for improvement Working with regional sales analysts and demand planning team to set regional target, consolidate and validate forecast, evaluate forecast accuracy for GT Supporting EBP, LRP process related to GT Gather and analyse periodical reports related to business KPIs, provide insight and action plan for GTH and commercial leaders Working with various Commercial Functions in setting PicOS, KPIs, track, provide timely report and visibility of New Product Launch for GT Actively participate in various GT related projects, initiative with cross functional team to provide necessary data and insight for effective decision making of Commercial Leaders Other ad hoc assignment allocated by GTH

Support to build a high performing organization culture and set the foundation to develop organizational capabilities of people managers and employees to support business goals specifically through development and implementation of our “Steppingstone and Technical Bridge Program.” Monitor market trends, research talent markets and competitors’ activities and oversee new and ongoing branding activities. Co-ordinate in developing and implementing Education for Work Programs. - Internship, Apprentice Program, Management Trainees Program, Graduate Program, Campus Seminar, Plant Tour - Day in life, scholarship etc. Measure and report performance of all branding campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs. Execute the action plan as per Monthly /Yearly Employer Branding Calendar. Drive interventions to support cultural change and alignment, employee recognition schemes, contribute to newsletter etc. Administer and coordinate BIG Employer of Choice initiatives / programs. Tracking monthly reports / database on key talent acquisition metrics and EVP expenses. Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.

Perform revenue analysis and develop price maps using competitor benchmarks & industry trends. Conduct in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and market opportunities. Perform tracking of commodities and external data and extract information and insights. Develop and maintain regular reports on demand planning metrics, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy. Monitor and analyse inventory levels to ensure alignment with demand forecasts. Collaborate with sales, supply chain teams to gather relevant information for demand planning. Communicate demand forecasts and inventory plans effectively to internal stakeholders. Communicate with BIG for the enhancement of demand planning process and tools. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics into decision-making processes.

Responsible to operate two automated machines in the same line or different line within the same work schedule in order to achieve business targets, especially for Line Efficiency and Productivity Improvement. Responsible to optimize/minimize machines’ down time in designated area. Work with QA, maintenance team and warehouse team to deliver/produce a qualified finish goods based on production planning. Responsible to achieve targeted USLE (line efficiency), to complete production report and shift handover process by ensuring continuity of safe and effective working. Responsible to perform Level 1 maintenance activity such as BEC (basic equipment care), CLTI (cleaning , lubrication ,tightening, inspection) , GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) for two machines. Work with maintenance team for all maintenance activities such as overhaul, retrofit, upgrade., etc and preventive maintenance activity included. Monitor Spare parts requirements for designated machines and make sure to be ready for replacement if needed. Responsible to check the readiness of raw materials/packaging materials and pallets before running/ operating the production line and make sure to return the product balance after production. Support the regular audit in regards of RM/PM, pallets and fixed assets.
Position Purpose / Context To manage Plant & Facility maintenance activities within the factory, that ensure to support for market demand and fully compliance with QSE & GMP standards as per TCCC requirements. To lead the entire Maintenance team for ME% (Efficiency) improvement by effective utilizing manpower and resources towards Plant 100 & WCM implementation. To manage R&M cost as per BP target and set up improvement opportunities within the maintenance area. To manage the Spare Parts Inventory Level as per Business planning and reduce the 8 Waste. Key Duties / Responsibilities Do maintenance activities of equipment, machinery & facility within the manufacturing (Production/ Processing/ Utility/ Maintenance) area through maintenance management system. Manage Preventive Maintenance/ Corrective Maintenance activity within the manufacturing area to be support 24 hours to operate all the operation ME % with world class level. Achieve key indicator (KPI) goals for Maintenance Function (ME%, Down Time reduction level to be achieve world class for each of the machine/area, spare parts management system, R&M cost reduction, inventory management system etc). Manage the R&M budget within the BP target and set up improvement idea to optimize the cost with good quality work within the maintenance management system. Define for multi skilling, job rotation, selection, coaching, performance management, feedback and development of maintenance person towards Plant 100 & WCM implementation. Develop to the vendors for spares and contractors for external maintenance services by managing the cost effectively within the BP Target yearly. Manage for identification of plant improvement projects, new system/new line/ new equipment & machinery installation and implementation within the manufacturing area. Direct responsible for overall repaired and maintenance activity within the Plant and Facility including equipment, machinery, system, utility, building etc. Lead for complying to Quality, Safety & Health, Food Safety and Environment Management System, in maintenance areas. Direct responsibility for adherence to local laws on Utility equipment’s, electrical installations and other equipment within purview of maintenance function. Comply to organization “food safety Standards and Program” and follow 14 LSR (Life Safety Rule).
Position Purpose / Context The role is responsible for implementation of internal communications plan across all sites and strategic & operational plans for the organization that impact engagement. All activities will be to establish an employee friendly and productive culture through various employee events, recognition programs and initiatives. Key Duties / Responsibilities Build Relationship with key stakeholders, external and internal customers. Organize and participate in all sets of engagement programs as per the timeline. Support cultural change and alignment, employee recognition schemes and other events. Co-ordinate the annual PULSE Survey, bi -annual employee engagement survey and assist in creating and executing follow-up plans. Implement an Internal Communications plan and calendar across all Company sites. This will include employee newsletters, bulletins, announcements, project updates and events to reinforce and aid all change management and culture initiatives in partnership with the Organizational Development team. Ensure high quality and on time execution of the Internal Communications plan. Develop and author a variety of internal and executive communications including presentations, announcements, contents to be delivered across a variety of communications channels. Maintain the editorial calendar (blogs, newsletters etc), research and develop quotes from people, write stories, shoot videos, and contribute to the 1BIG Intranet. Implement D & I program. Complete Monthly report and track regularly.
