Warmly welcome visiting customers and assist them in selecting and purchasing jewelry with patience. Build positive relationships with customers and handle inquiries politely. Ensure all jewelry displays are clean, well-organized, and visually appealing according to brand standards. Handle cash/payment processing, issue receipts, and safely pack purchased items. Issue receipts, Lab certificates, and handle custom order documentation. Participate in filming and creating photos or videos of jewelry for the store's Facebook Page, Tiktok, and other social media channels. Plan, record, and edit short-form videos (Tiktok, Facebook Reels) showcasing new arrivals, styling ideas, and behind-the-scenes content. Ensure adherence to all other duties assigned by the supervisor.
