Organize and schedule appointments. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. Submit and reconcile expense reports (Fuel consumption, payment for vehicle repair, building maintenance, etc.) Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers. Record for Fixed assets and data entry to PBI report. Not only supervise to Drivers but also controlling to Maintenance (Building, vehicles, furniture, laptop, printer, etc.) Arrange to not only vehicle license extension & also insurance process (New & renewal) Checking daily vehicle & driver - kilo, cleaning, maintenance, repair process. Reporting – data entry to PBI (Car report, Insurance, Company Docs Registration, etc.) Assist to Admin manager as per the requirement of manager. Reporting to admin manager – daily, weekly, monthly and yearly. Book travel arrangements. Provide general support to visitors.
The main responsibilities of the service engineer are repairing, equipment inspection, installation and maintenance for all medical equipment that have been distributed by Concordia International Company Limited. Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment. Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications. Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. The service engineer has to follow the Senior / Supervisor instruction. The service engineer must follow the internal SOP that has been released by department head. The service engineer has to participate every technical service training (local and oversea) related to medical equipment. The service engineer has to provide on field technical service support to customer. The service engineer has to be willing to share experience and technical knowledge each other and willing to help and cooperate each other. This is the essential manner for service team. The service engineer has to report every pending to supervisor on every day.
Support medical and technical features with sale related activities such as demonstrations, workshops, conference, KOL visits together with other sales team members. Need to analyze customer insights, customer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies. Work very closely with other teams such as sales, operation etc and see for sale and some digital achievement Conduct training internally and improve product knowledge. Need to prepare quotations, invoices, pre-promotion preparedness (like catalog, snacks and etc). Learn product nature and adjust with customers need to match. Make rapport and establish relationships with medical practitioners. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. Regularly attending sales meetings and training sessions. Can work under pressure and have the sense for customer relationship. Performing related duties of the senior in cases of absence or emergency.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team memberFoster a positive and collaborative sales culture. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
