The ideal candidate will possess strong programming and database knowledge, be proficient in ERP systems (especially SAP and Odoo CRM) and have experience in preparing and updating IT procedure documentation, including ISO documentation. This role requires customizing print templates using drag-and-drop tools, data combination techniques, testing emerging technologies like Microsoft Power Apps and Copilot AI. Key Responsibilities: Documentation Management: • Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive IT department procedure documentation. • Ensure all documentation complies with ISO standards and is regularly updated. • Develop and manage technical documentation including user manuals, process documentation, and IT policies.
