Coordinating, maintaining and reconciling all accounting functions and programs. (GL, AR, AP, JE) • Preparing financial analyses and reports. • Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. • Participating and resolving to correct the account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. • Contribution to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs and procedures. • Supervising to accounting junior staff as required or assigned. • Conducting weekly, monthly cross functional meeting with department and/or other related departments if required. • Preparing monthly SOPL & SOFP. • Ensuring accounting policy awareness.
- Must be able to arrange tax and container process. - Must be able to do P&L, Balance sheet reports. - Must be able to draw monthly and annual accounts. - Must be able to handle cash flow. - Preference will be given to those who can use Galaxy accounting software. - Must have full understanding of Accounting concept. - Must have trading business experience. - Must be able to work in a team. - Must be able to work long-term in a business.
