Record daily accounting transactions accurately and maintain accounting records. Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, journal entries, and other accounting documents. Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations. Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and management reports. Assist with inventory and fixed asset records. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist with tax and audit-related documentation. Ensure accounting transactions comply with company policies and procedures. Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by the supervisor.
Control and check all areas in the factory about 5S and safety, personal protective equipment, hazardous area and unsafe condition machinery. Inspect & clean Fire Extinguisher (FE), Fore Hose Cabinet (FHC), Fire Hose Double (FHD), fire alarm, call points, emergency light & exit in factory. Coordinate and deal with supplier related to safety and environmental work. Inspect lighting, noise & vibration and gas measurement in workplace area. Collect wastewater sample & send to Lab for analysis. Manage hazardous waste & non-hazardous waste and make SHE data report for selling recycle. Report accident case, investigation result, prevention plan & follow up the process. Arrange safety meeting, report safety inspection & suggestions. Collect data & summary report for sustainability data monthly. Prepare environmental monitoring report for Thilawa factory & other sites to submit to government office. Assist in Company’s CSR activities. Other duties as assigned by Department Manager.
Collect and analyze market data, competitor activities, and fertilizer industry trends. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports. Analyze sales performance and identify business growth opportunities. Monitor product pricing, customer demand, and market conditions. Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy. Visit project sites, demonstration plots, dealers, and customer locations to collect market intelligence and field data. Maintain accurate business databases, records, and analytical reports. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Production, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to support business operations. Prepare presentations and recommendations for management based on analytical findings. Perform other duties assigned by management.

Plan, manage, and supervise daily farm operations and field activities. Develop and implement crop production plans based on company requirements and production targets. Supervise farm staff, assign daily tasks, and monitor attendance, performance, and productivity. Oversee crop cultivation, irrigation, fertilization, spraying, pest and disease control, and harvesting activities. Ensure all farm operations are carried out in compliance with established agronomic SOPs and company policies for corn and rice production. Monitor field operations, identify operational issues, implement corrective actions, and escalate critical issues when necessary. Communicate production plans and coordinate work with subordinate teams, including Irrigation, Agricultural Machinery, and Field Management. Prepare weekly operational reports and monitor progress against production plans. Plan and request farm materials, consumables, and equipment, and monitor inventory levels to support operations. Analyze manpower requirements, allocate workforce effectively, and supervise department employees to ensure efficient operations.
