Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in tractors and farm machinery. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on tractors, harvesters and other farm equipment. Conduct regular inspections and schedule servicing to minimize downtime. Replace or repair defective parts using appropriate tools and diagnostic systems. Lead complex troubleshooting and repair works requiring advanced technical skills. Recommend modifications or upgrades to improve equipment efficiency and safety. Supervise junior mechanics and technicians, ensuring quality workmanship. Train and mentor team members on maintenance procedures and safety practices. Monitor work performance and ensure adherence to maintenance schedules. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records for all equipment. Manage spare parts inventory and report procurement needs. Ensure compliance with company maintenance policies and standard operating procedures. Follow and enforce all safety protocols during maintenance activities.
Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time Handle compensation and benefits administration (allowances, insurance, etc.) Maintain employee records related to salary and benefits Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Prepare HR reports (payroll, headcount) Support performance review and salary review processes
Assist in implementing HSE policies and procedures Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments Monitor compliance with safety regulations Support incident reporting and investigation Promote a safety-first culture among staff Maintain HSE records and documentation
Oversee general office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and office layout. Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external vendors. Manage maids and drivers schedules and tasks. Organize and manage company vehicle schedules for employee and executive transportation, including communication with drivers and adjusting routes or timings as necessary. Book domestic and international flights for staff and executives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with travel policies. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital). Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Handle office supply inventory and liaise with suppliers. Communicate and coordinate with government agencies for tasks such as form C, VISA, permits, licenses, compliance documents, company registrations, tax documentation, and other regulatory matters. Support other departments with administrative needs as required.
