•Apply shopper and trade insights and performance assessment to develop recommendations for product, pricing, promotion and placement by retail environment. •Forecasting sales, pricing and profits, and planning budgets. •Monitoring slow-moving items and ensuring that best-sellers meet their full potential. •Report and analysis, including executive reporting of sales results, key metrics and KPIs, •Execute merchandising strategy & deliver the process. • Develops and implements supply chains process. •Ensure that stores are stocked with the right types and quantities of products at the right time. •Work and communicate with the warehouse team, inventory control team, and sales team. •Couching new merchandisers, sales staffs to conduct their tasks.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify product assortment and placement opportunities. Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and promotional activities. Coordinating between the sales team and other departments if necessary. Produce reports, presentations and briefs. Performs other duties as assigned.
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics. Work closely with internal teams to align activation efforts with overall business objectives. Additional duties as necessary.
