Coordinate procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records. Manage warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations. Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers, and couriers. Track deliveries and resolve logistics issues promptly. Prepare shipping documents, invoices, purchase orders, and customs documentation. Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service levels. Monitor logistics costs and recommend process improvements. Maintain accurate records using ERP such as SAP A1 or B1. Generate logistics reports and analyze supply chain performance. Collaborate with other operations teams. Use Adobe Photoshop to create or edit product images, shipping labels, packaging artwork, presentations, promotional materials, or other business documents as required. Perform other duties assigned by management.
