Negotiate pricing, contracts and service-level agreements to achieve cost savings and value for money. Process purchases requisitions and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner. Track and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts and supplier information. Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and resolve any delivery or quality issues. Collaborate closely with transport operations, warehouse and finance teams to ensure seamless procurement support. Assist in preparing procurement reports, budgets and cost analyses. Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for maintaining and improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001:2015, customer requirements, and relevant industry standards. Key Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and improve the QMS according to ISO 9001:2015. Monitor processes, conduct gap analysis, and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, customer requirements, and quality standards. Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external/customer audits. Maintain QMS documentation, audit records, non-conformities, incidents, and corrective actions. Monitor risks, incidents, customer complaints, and corrective action effectiveness. Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management review. Provide ISO/QMS training to employees. Support customer satisfaction improvement and complaint resolution. Lead internal quality audits, management review meetings, and certification activities. Support GMP and GDP implementation when required by customers. Work with departments to ensure consistent quality standards.
