We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven C&I Sales Executive to join our growing solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar solutions to factories, warehouses, hotels, hospitals, commercial buildings, and other industrial clients. Candidates with strong project sales experience, especially in solar, electrical, EPC, or construction-related industries, are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities for C&I solar projects • Promote and sell solar energy solutions to commercial and industrial customers • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits • Prepare quotations, proposals, and project follow-ups • Coordinate with technical and engineering teams for project requirements • Manage customer relationships and maintain sales pipelines • Handle project negotiations, contract discussions, and closing processes • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets • Follow up on tender projects and large-scale commercial opportunities
Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions Issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately Maintain accurate cash drawer balance at all times Perform daily cash count and prepare cash reports Ensure all transactions are recorded properly Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter Basic knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Lead and supervise solar PV system design from concept to detailed engineering • Develop and maintain design standards, SOPs, and templates • Review and approve load calculations, system sizing, inverter selection, and battery sizing • Analyze site survey data and deliver optimal system designs • Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, NEC) • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Installation teams • Translate client requirements into effective technical solutions • Prepare tender documents and design proposals • Optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) and improve cost efficiency • Provide cost-effective design solutions and conduct ROI analysis • Establish and maintain design review processes • Evaluate new solar technologies (e.g., bifacial panels, smart inverters) • Support initiatives to enhance the company’s design capabilities and strategies
