The Critical Tasks You Will Perform • Lead an acquisition team to acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings • Diligently follow up and close sales opportunities • Build a lasting relationship with restaurant decision makers to maintain the possibility of future sales • Consult and recommend our products and services to potential customers. • Work with the respective team to facilitate successful product adoption and partnerships by new merchants • Lead sales projects and initiate tactical strategies to improve team efficiency and capabilities, and drive incremental sales output. • Identify and acquire new merchants. • Develop and manage the merchant’s activity. • Plan and execute strategies to achieve targets. • Keep up with the trends to assist the merchants to be competitive in the market. • Ensure the merchants complete the onboarding cycle. • Train and guide the merchants to fully understand our mobile application. • Manage customer enquiries
