Conduct monthly Cost Center Reviews with departments to analyze variances and ensure alignment with budgeted figures. Prepare and support the narrative analysis of Budget vs. Actuals, providing insights on key drivers of deviations. Perform utility cost analysis to monitor consumption trends and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate and ensure timely submission of DHF factory financial reports in line with group and local requirements. Prepare and submit Capex reports, tracking project spending against approved budgets. Conduct recipe cost analysis, highlighting cost impact from raw materials and formulation changes. Oversee the monthly stock count process, reviewing adjustments, conducting review meetings with the production team, and providing feedback on significant variances or stock losses. Involve the stock-taking process to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies. Monitor and present milling loss reports, ensuring transparency and alignment with operational standards. Review Inventory Reconciliation (IR +/-) to ensure proper accounting and accurate stock positions. Provide operational and financial support in budget preparation for departments. Perform volume-shifting savings calculations to optimize production planning and cost efficiency. Review existing SOPs, policies, and workflows to identify gaps and inefficiencies. Propose and implement improvements to strengthen internal controls, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational risks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed best practices into day-to-day operations. Provide support in the PBI automation process for tracking and analyzing production costs.
Collaborate on sustainability projects (Global Green Goals) with local project owners. Conduct annual eye screening and Hepatitis B vaccination for targeted audience. Explore new potential local partnerships for CSR and sustainability contributions. Act as a catalyst communicator between Global ambitions and Local contributable targets Ensure completion and approval of annual Zero Measurement data collection in collaboration with local project owners. Conduct interactive training and activities to increase awareness and engagement. Conduct bi-annual engagement sessions to update sustainability progress. Initiate and implement activities for employee engagement. Ensure consistent progress in sustainability projects and provide guidance to topic owners as required. Strategical thinking in analyzing project data and understanding when to pivot if required, to achieve desired targets. Other assigned by Manager.
Identify potential customers, conduct sales presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of slaughterhouse products to generate new sales leads. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships, address customer inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and cash follow. Monitor market trends, gather competitor insights, and contribute to the development of sales strategies to position the slaughterhouse products effectively in the market.
Identify unsafe and risky situations and/or violations. Immediately take measures for unsafe situations and feedback to the relevant stakeholder(s). Advise and assist Management and employees with (potential) unsafe situations. Report on actions/modifications required. Assist in reviewing the security team to follow up the in-house regulations. Communication with the individual contractors and control with the Safe Work permit and procedure to ensure the following in-house regulations. Participation in the contractor/ project coordination meeting. Assist in reviewing the Method of statement and risk assessment from the project contractor team. Change HSE policy into concrete practices, procedures etc. Investigation of the incident case with the relevant stakeholders. Finding the underlying cause and measurement of the operation. Report and discuss with the relevant plant manager to take action to form new control measures. Cooperation with the relevant team on the improvement actions. Ensure understanding and knowledge of GMP and SSOP standards.
