What we do

Royal De Heus Group is an international organization with a leading position in the animal feed industry. De Heus was founded in 1911 and has its roots in the Netherlands. After more than a 100 years the company is still owned and managed by the De Heus family.

Since its founding Royal De Heus has expanded from a regional feed company to a feed conglomerate with activities in more than 50 countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Latin America. Due to the rapid growth outside the Netherlands the De Heus Group is a global top-15 feed supplier.

Check the machine daily, make sure the machine work. Prepare for the assignment for the machine regularly maintenance Plan. Repair the mechanical systems, Troubleshooting problems in product shift make sure the machine and equipment always work and in good condition. Perform installation and assignment scheduling for the teams. Manage and supervise the team attendance and overtime working report. Support Production Department in maintenance and repairing the mechanical systems.
Optimize the quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Manage the performance of the production employees and develop the key actors. Organize the daily work in the assigned sections to meet product specifications, quality standard and production timeline. Ensure optimum usage of the workforce, raw material, and equipment, with the goal of reducing production cost. Ensure good housekeeping of the section area and machinery and comply with all safety standards. Ensure the rules of tidiness are fully and continuously respected and implemented according to food industrial standards. Ensure compliance to all required QC and operation records for all production activities. Plan production plan to adapt with quantity demands from Sale Department. Responsible for all production volumes, quality, and production equipment during production. Lead, manage and train production team. Ensure and maintain discipline and well behaviour of the production team. Other tasks assigned by Plant Manager. Coordination on training plan; participate in training and performance evaluation for team members. Manage, motivate, develop, and provide direct leadership to team members. Oversee the production plans and their adjustments, cooperate with other departments to implement the projects within the factory. Inform/make discussion the short or low quality of packaging/raw material to plant manager. Work closely with warehouse team to meet production schedule and customer delivery commitments. Coordinate with Maintenance leader to allocate maintenance/ repair the equipment failures or broken down on proper way.
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of mechanical and electronic systems, including machinery, automation systems, and control panels, to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues, identify root causes, and implement timely solutions to maintain uninterrupted production processes. Participate in equipment upgrade projects, installation of new systems, and process improvement initiatives, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.
Need to understand the quality standard of De Heus rule and self awareness of making assessment and decision. Understand in the physical check in the first and receving sample. If require should use NIR. Reporting the analysis results including assessment based on quality compared to standard. 2 types of the report: periodic report after analyzing, sudden report for abnormal results Cleaning at working place, focusing on fire safety. Coordinate with parts of sample receiving and result returning; the result including the decision for selling products which have good quality; in case the analyzed result is out of standard, ask for idea of Raw Material QC Officer. Inform to purchasers and warehouses for receving and rejecting of raw results. Need to understand the quality standard of De Heus rule and self awareness of making assessment and decision. Communicate with CCR operator or team leader to make final decision for the finished products. Reporting the analysis results including assessment based on quality compared to standard. 2 types of the report: periodic report after analyzing, sudden report for abnormal results Cleaning at working place, focusing on fire safety The result including the decision for selling products which have good quality; in case the analyzed result is out of standard, ask for idea of FP QC Officer.
Perform production assignment according to plan. Operate production chain accurately. Guarantee controlled devices well-operated before putting into work. Operate the manufacturing process correctly. Monitor production process to make sure the systems work properly must notice if there is anything abnormal during the process. Participate and onsite counting in monthly stock count activities. Prepare material check quantity and quality of the materials before processing. Take note, send daily operations report to production shift leader. Perform other task assigned by shift leader, operate extrusion machine, pellet machine. Report to shift leader/plant manager immediately all abnormal cases which can’t be solved yourself. Abide and strictly obey rules, regulations, and culture of the company (about labour protection, fire safety, production, safety). Support shift leader during production process. Clean factory and equipment properly as regulations.
