Job Description Developing marketing strategiws and implementing seasonal and organizational marketing fampaign that enhance the internal organization’s productivity and improve community awareness. Submmitting the marketing budget and prospective expenses including gross – profit plan in timely and reasonably Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review and appraisal,reward and individual recongnition. Creating a strong relationship with internal and external customers for business growth and long-term success in working progress. Must be submitted in daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly report and plan to Management Team. Developing an internal work flow procedure,standard operation procedures , departmental chat and regulations, KPI charts and related developing procedures as necessary Generate a legible contract or agreement proposal or program formally and timely Must be responsible on digital scripts, posting program, media production-line, designing guidelines and content creation ideas. Must be understood the marketing and sales of nature, product creation,habitual-culture and event arrangement.
Job Description Monitor and overview all Accounting transaction Monitor,check and review following of Accounting regulations & rules,Group SOP (or) Policy Lead and awareness to team management as per delegation power Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports in time with Accuracy (Remark We will teach Financial reports) Support and Cooperate internal and external teams for any processes Any Other related duties as assigned or required.
